Breathe, Stretch, Move Class (in-person only)
February 10 @ 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Prepare your mind and body before the 6 p.m. sitting on Tuesdays. This class is based on Aikido and Tai Chi principles. All are welcome; no prior experience is necessary. The class is offered by Kuushu Damir Jamsek, one of the Zen Center’s Dharma Teachers, who is also a martial arts master in Aikido and Shinkage (sword).
The class is held in the Forman House library/yoga space on the third floor. Participants should arrive before 5:30 and go directly to the Forman House back entrance. There is no fee, but donations to the Zen Center are always appreciated.
