Join Shinge Roshi and the Sangha on Sunday, August 21, for an in-person Mandala Day celebration at 10 a.m., followed by kinhin and a period of zazen. At 11:55 a.m., Shinge Roshi will offer a teisho in the zendo, concluding at 12:30 p.m.

A Japanese garden and tea house, a walking trail, a basketball hoop, and an in-ground pool will surely create a day of fun and relaxation for the whole family. Please bring a dish to share.
Please be aware that East Seneca Turnpike connecting South Salina St. and East Brighton Ave. will be closed starting Friday evening through Monday morning, August 23-26, for construction on Route 81. This could affect anyone coming to ZCS for Sunday's services and Annual Meeting. Make your travel plans accordingly. We look forward to seeing you Sunday!

This year, after a brief Annual Meeting and Report from the ZCS Board of Trustees at the Forman House at 12:30 p.m., we are devoting the afternoon to learning more about the climate crisis and how we can work together to create a climate action plan for our community.
