The cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki continue to suffer from the first use of nuclear weapons. These atrocities mark the beginning of the age of nuclear terror. In opposing nuclear terror we also remember the melt-down of the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear power plant that has caused immense suffering and dislocation, and continues to leak radiation into the oceans 5 years after the disaster. In remembrance, the Syracuse Peace Council has organized:
