ACTS Rally for Justice

At this rally, ACTS representatives will be asking community leaders whether they support expanding re-kindergarten in Syracuse, abolishing long-term solitary confinement of youth in Onondaga County, and raising the age from 16 to 18 for when people would be treated as adults in our NY State incarceration system. Updates will also be provided about other ACTS efforts such as local community violence and youth initiatives.
