Yoga and Zen is an ongoing program that offers a safe space for beginning or continuing the interconnected practices of Hatha Yoga and Zen meditation. Each week begins with 30 minutes of traditional Hatha Yoga postures, and continues with 20 minutes of sitting meditation.
This course is taught by Kaijo Matt Russell, a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and resident of the Zen Center with three years' training experience at Dai Bosatsu Zendo. All are welcome.

Renew, revitalize and refresh. We invite you to take the opportunity to regain your own rhythm and reconnect with yourself and with nature. Immerse yourself in two daily yoga sessions, practice zen meditation and pranayama (breath practice). An introduction to zen meditation will be offered for those wish to attend.
