Beech Grove

Deborah Haylor McDowell is an Assistant Professor/Department Chair at Syracuse University, where she received a BFA and MFA, and is also the chairperson for the Department of Art and Photography at Onondaga Community College.  Her work often references the art and traditions of Arabic, African, Egyptian and other cultures. She is actively involved in community cultural affairs.
